Stoïk Protect provides you with a dashboard and weekly notifications to track improvements for each team member and expedite awareness efforts for those in need.
Accessing the dashboard
From your Stoïk Protect platform, go to the "Phishing" tab and then "Results."- Overview: the graph provides information on the number of emails sent and opened, the number of links clicked, and the number of times credentials were submitted by all your team members.
- User-specific view: click on one of your team members listed in the table below the graph to access their history, including received emails, clicked links, and submitted credentials. A user is categorized as "high risk" when they have submitted their credentials, while a user is classified as "low risk" if they have never submitted credentials or if they haven't submitted credentials since receiving at least 3 phishing emails.
Note: These data are confidential, accessible only to the admins of your Stoïk Protect platform.
Receiving notification emails
You have the option to be notified by email whenever a team member falls for a simulated phishing email:
- From your Stoïk Protect platform, go to the "Phishing" tab and then "Settings."
- Enable or disable email notifications in the "Alert" section.
