(Internal) How to configure the external scan ?

  • A basic setup is usually already configured with the company's main domain name. In most cases, this scan is active as soon as the insured signs its contract.
  • However, some IPs may be missing, especially those not linked to the main domain name.
    • To configure the external scan tool:
      • Go to Settings → Infrastructure
      • Add the IP range in CIDR notation (e.g., 192.168.1.0/24)
      • The IPs will be validated within 48 hours.
    • If you manage a large number of domains, CSV import is unfortunately not available yet. However, we recommend starting by manually adding the most strategic or high-priority domains.
